Yes! We’re based in India and specialize in serving healthcare providers across the United States with HIPAA-compliant support and U.S.-centric workflows.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We offer three flexible pricing options:

  • Per Hour: Pay only for the hours you need

  • Per FTE: Fixed monthly rate for full-time dedicated support

  • Hybrid: A mix of full-time support + hourly flexibility

No long-term contracts are required for our hourly or hybrid models. For FTE plans, we usually recommend a 1-month minimum for onboarding consistency.
